- Make a digitalization transfering for all deocuments or source of materials into system.
- Analyze materials such as historical information, papers, invoices, source of graphic desining, images, documents and paintings. checking their authenticity, physical condition and historical content.
- Creating descriptions and organization guidelines for each collection piece and updating and maintaining an archival database.
- Monitor the storage space and security to protect the materials.
- Design and maintain organizational systems, keeping track of archived material. Most archived materials are stored on databases for easy usage and efficiency.
- Making the archives accessible to a wide range of users.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field.Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular).Experience with databases and ERP systems prefers who has experience in Odoo ERP System.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and time management skills.Work on-site in Sheraton.
