- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of goods and services.
- Conduct research on suppliers and vendors of goods and services.
- Receive purchasing requests from sales team and create price offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, vendors and develop new partnerships.
- Conduct market trend and pricing analysis to contribute to making informed purchasing decisions.
- Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality and service levels.
- Assist in evaluating supplier quotes and proposals based on price, quality, delivery time, and compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and deliver semiannual presentations that highlight key achievements, performance metrics and areas for improvement.
