- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in project management, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Coordinate logistics for company events and board meetings.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for decision-making.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably at the C-suite level.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
