Our ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and cultivating strong relationships with clients across both B2B and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, retailers, and distributors to expand our market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals and revenue targets.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while closing high-value deals
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management and adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for House of Cocoa at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, promoting the brand’s values and product portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 to 6 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, food and beverage, or luxury goods, preferably within the confectionery or chocolate industry.
- Strong understanding of the market with an established network of corporate clients, retailers, or distributors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present compelling sales pitches.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is an asset.
