Sales Manager

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Khater’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
  • oversees and evaluate the activities and performance of the sales team
  • ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
  • provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
  • plan and direct sales team training
  • assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
  • generate timely sales reports
  • formulate sales policies and procedures
  • help prepare budgets
  • control expenses and monitor budgets
  • conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
  • analyze data to identify sales opportunities

BA/BS degree or equivalentProven experience in similar position not less than 6-8 years.Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targetsMust have Construction experience and knowledge.Must be comfortable with commission based income.Have strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and servicesProven ability to position products against competitorsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skills
