Your Role:
As a Customer Service Coach at Edutech Labs, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students through social media and email, helping them achieve their English learning goals and succeed in exams like IELTS and TOEFL.
- Guiding potential students through the course registration process.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that students receive the best possible learning experience.
- Supporting the execution of creative initiatives to keep students engaged and motivated throughout their learning journey.
- After training, one of three actions will happen:
- Move to the UAE and join the main team.
- Continue working remotely as a Student Support Consultant.
- Receive a certificate of experience upon completing your training.
