We are looking for detail-oriented Project Control Engineers to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project control processes, including submittals, material lists, project logs, and invoicing.

- Experience in Project Scheduling and tracking
- Experienced in Cost Control and tracking and reporting
- Analysis of project cost
- Cost break down
- Productivity rate
- Resources cost
- Cost allocation
- Cost estimate and forecast
- Preparing Project Material List
- QS from architectural drawings and building BOQ.
- Review the POs and validate it according to the budget
- Review the procurement plan and material list and prices
- Prepare cost reports, actual cost vs budget
- Cost variance, Issue EV report
- Find best prices for suppliers and contractors for all project items
- Assist in all tendering activities in the company
- Assist in work scheduling with PM
- Assist in all submittals and documents required for project document control
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in project control or construction management.Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and invoicing practices.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
