Job Description:

● Developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, Backup strategies, and telecommunications systems.

● The Infrastructure Engineer will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

● Prepare the needed standard IT documentation.

● Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.

Job Requirements.

● 2-5 Years of Proven skills within Cloud/Infrastructure.

● Excellent experience in Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-,..etc.).

● Excellent experience in Storage (SAN, NFS, ISCSI,..etc...).

● Good knowledge of Network standards (subnet, VLan, switches, routers, etc.)

● Good experience in Containerization (Docker and Kubernetes).

● Good experience with security standards and components (Firewall, WAF, DDoS, OWASP, etc.)

● Ability to effectively plan and prioritize workloads to measure and report on current progress, also provide management regular reports on team workloads, and ensure resource levels are adequate to meet business needs.

● Experience working with strict change, request, problem, and incident management and working under pressure.

● Confident to work in a challenging and demanding environment with changing priorities.

● Expert in MS software (AD, DNS, ADFS, DHCP,...etc.).

● In charge of providing ongoing infrastructure support for all sites, data centers, and cloud services (Azure, O365, IBM, OCI, AWS, etc.).
