Job Purpose

We are seeking an agile and visionary Product Manager with expertise in managing product life

cycles and working collaboratively with engineering teams. This role involves deeply

understanding customer needs, market trends, and the technological landscape to guide the

development, launch, and continuous improvement of our product offerings. The Product

Manager will be instrumental in translating strategic visions into actionable roadmaps,

prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business

Job Responsibilities

● Collaborate closely with the Head of Product and the Product Management team to

define and execute the product vision and strategy..

● Serve as the primary liaison between the product and engineering teams, ensuring clear

communication and alignment on product development, timelines, and priorities.

● Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing the needs of customers, the

business, and technological advancements.

● Define user stories and acceptance criteria, and oversee the sprint planning process,

including review sessions and retrospectives.

● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and

strategies.

● Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs,

and incorporate insights into product development.

● Monitor product performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and driving

continuous optimization.

● Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, customer support, and

other departments to ensure product success and coherence with broader company

objectives.

● Champion agile methodologies and practices within the team, fostering an environment

of rapid iteration, innovation, and user-centric design.

● Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

● Feature Adoption Rates

● Time to Market for New Features and Improvements.


Experience

5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or retail media

sector.

● Proven track record of managing product life cycles and working closely with

engineering teams.

● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.

● Solid understanding and application of product design principles and customer

experience optimization.

● Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing,

and sales, to achieve product goals.

● Ability to leverage data analytics for decision-making and product improvements.

Education, Certifications, and Training

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Product Design, Engineering,

or a related field.

● Certifications in Product Management, Agile methodologies, or Leadership Development

are highly beneficial.


Technical Skills


● Proficiency in utilizing product management tools and platforms to streamline

development and collaboration.

● Knowledge of the latest technologies and how they can be applied to create innovative

product solutions.

● Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable products.

● Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies to inform product strategy and

user engagement.

● Skills in financial modeling and analysis to support product investment decisions and

measure ROI.
