-Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field-Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools (eg, MATLAB)-Knowledge of transformer design principles, magnetic circuits, and electrical insulation materials-Experience in conducting tests, data analysis, and problem-solving related to transformer performance-Understanding of industry standards and regulations for transformers-Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
