- Supervise the internal auditing processes including Internal Auditors Training, set the annual internal audit program, attend internal audits, review internal audit reports and maintain a proper

- Lead continuous improvement projects in all the company fields so as to exploit all the available opportunities to maximize profitability & minimize the losses.
- Supervise product traceability and recall management systems and for conducting annual tests for recall procedures.
- Coach and train manufacturing employees so that they have the prerequisite knowledge and skills to apply quality concepts, continuous improvements and lean tools on an on-going basis.
- Establish procedures, work instructions and formats to standardize work processes.

Bachelor/Master’s Degree (Technical University degree preferred)ISO, TQM, Six Sigma, or other QC-related certification is an asset.35+ years old10 to 15 years’ experience in Quality Field with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position.Excellent command of English language.Leadership & managerial skills.Decision-making and problem-solving skillsPositive attitude, able to work well under pressure.Technology awareness
