Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Sales Activities:
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networking.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Market Research:
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Reporting:
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:No prior work experience required, but internships or part-time jobs in sales or customer service are a plus.Skills:Highly motivated and target-driven.Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.Other Requirements:Willingness to learn and adapt.Basic knowledge of MS Office.Willingness to travel as needed.
