We are looking for a performance marketer with proven experience working on paid media. This individual will play a critical role in the launch of a new business, launching Paid Social ads, Search ads, and Digital strategy with the execution. and also, will own and manage key aspects of the Converted in Brand and performance marketing activities within paid social and SEM.

What You Will Do:

● Planning and execute monthly media plan across all platforms

● Manage Paid Social strategy and execution across platforms (IG, TikTok, Snapchat) as a function of digital strategy

● Execute SEM strategy and execution across Google Ads platforms

● Execute, and optimize campaigns against full funnel objectives from driving brand lift, consideration, conversion, and omnichannel ROAS targets.

● Partner with internal marketing, brand, and creative teams to launch tactical campaigns using a data-led approach to inform campaign planning.

● Provide proactive and strategic campaign and optimization recommendations on a regular basis

● Work cross-functionally to translate campaign briefs into consumer-led campaigns, partnering with creative team to deliver creative that breaks through and is built good to each platform.


Qualifications● Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.● 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid platforms (META, Snap, TikTok, UAC) with a track record of growth.● Experience in eCommerce is a Must.● Having a portfolio is a plus● Experience managing ad accounts with more than 30k$/monthly ad spend.● Strong analytical, strategic, financial, and project management skills.● Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular Mobile measurement partner (MMP), particularly Adjust.
