Transition, Quality and CSI Specialist_VOIS

Role purpose:

The main responsibilities of the role would be to design new processes and updating existing processes for all types of Networks’ business nature e.g.. To report consolidation specific to SLA Calculation and productivity KPIs measurement. To be responsible for implementing and deploying the Continual Service Improvement framework in Networks Centre Romania as well as for identifying, managing to completion, and controlling the continual service improvement opportunities. To coordinate the day-to-day activities of the project team from original concept through final implementation and ensures that resources are used efficiently. 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

•    Proficient in Quality Management System and process design based on PDCA approach. 
•    Process training on defined IQMS process
•    Publish QA internal reports on a monthly basis based on audit planned vs audit conducted. 
    •    Maintain, change, control & improve IQMS documents through defined document control process. PEG group will review & approve service specific process tailoring.
•    Communicate new & change processes to intended stakeholders in Networks.

•    Maintain Timely delivery as outlined in SLA/KPI document weekly/monthly reports. 
•    Software development & maintenance of Networks Reporting Portal. 
•    Standardize SLA/KPI across services. 


•    Perform regular improvement activity review meetings at various organisational levels. 
•     - Regularly track and report the benefits produced by the CSI initiatives within Networks. 
•    Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks which could affect the efficiency targets achievement. 
•    Network & contribute to methodology, standards, KPI development, Best Practice, Internal communications (in Networks) with 6 sigma community. 
•    Regularly track the efficiencies. 


•    Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities. 
•    Monitor and control execution of project both from a delivery point of view (on time and with expected outcomes) and from a financial point of view (on budget). 

•    Build Monthly Headcount Data Reports  & Pyramids Reports. 
•    Reviewing and validating the HC related data for respective Services. 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

-    Expertise in ICT industry and technology operation
-    Exposure to working with Senior Management;
-    Analytical and flexible thinking  
-    Effective people management
-    Problem solving and Decision making; 
-    Excellent presentation and communication skills;
-    Proficiency in working in excel & power point.
-    Fluency in English;
 

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

-    University graduate with minimum 3 years in technology/ finance environment
-    Medium level financial understanding and capability to track financial performance indicators.
