Mechanical Office Engineer / Mechanical Site Engineer Required: Mechanical Office and Estimation Engineer Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in the field.
• Full proficiency in engineering drawings.
• Experience in pricing HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and infrastructure works.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying and estimation.
• High skill in using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to use engineering software such as HAP, Duct Sizer, and Elite.
• Ability to prepare and review technical submittals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare engineering drawings and mechanical designs related to HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing works.
• Accurately conduct quantity surveying and estimation to provide precise project estimates.
• Prepare and submit technical submittals and obtain necessary approvals from the project consultant.

Required: Mechanical Site Engineer Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
• Experience in executing HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and infrastructure works.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying and estimation.
• Ability to use AutoCAD and conduct quantity surveying.
• Submit technical submittals and handovers to the project consultant.

Qualifications for Both Positions:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven practical experience in mechanical engineering and technical offices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
