- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs and pain points and incorporate these findings into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across products.
- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, data insights, and design best practices.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
Bachelor's or master's degree in design or related field.At least 3 years of experience.Must be front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates expertise in visual and interaction design, as well as a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision.Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative design solutions.Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
