Main Job Duties:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment in accordance with established
procedures and security measures. - Receiving and processing customer payments in various forms, such as cash, check, credit
card, and debit card. - Making change accurately and efficiently.
- Processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Answering questions politely and professionally.
Education:- Bachelor’ s degree in accounting, finance, or any related field.Years of Experience:- Minimum of 2-3 in a similar role.- Proven experience in cash handling, cashiering, or related roles.-Good command of MS Office programs.Soft Skills:-Excellent communication & negotiation skills.- Attention to detail.- Organization skills.- Problem Solving skills.- Time Management skills.- Excellent Handling skills.Technical Skills:-Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, security measures, and regulatory requirements.- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately.- Proficiency in using cash handling equipment, such as cash registers, counting machines, and counterfeit detection devices.- Knowledge of financial systems and software used for cash management and reconciliation is a plus.
