Job Description:
The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting the personnel and trading teams with various HR-related tasks and projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources.
The intern will learn:
- Recruitment and hiring processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation
- Onboarding and orientation procedures for new hires
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- HR data management and reporting
