Receptionist

Reception and Greeting: Responsible for receiving visitors, customers and suppliers, greeting them in a friendly manner and providing necessary information.

Mail and Courier Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and processing.

Administrative Support: Assist the administrative department with simple paperwork such as copying, scanning and document sorting.

Safety and Security: Monitor the flow of visitors in and out of the company and ensure the implementation of the company's security policies.

Customer Service: Provide basic customer service support, answer customers' general questions and guide them to the correct department or personnel.
