This role requires a proactive approach to identifying, engaging, and recruiting the best candidates using a variety of channels.Key Responsibilities:Lead the talent acquisition process for Latin America, developing and executing strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent.Craft and place job postings in various channels targeted towards Latin American talent pools.Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to source candidates.Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, assess qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.Stay abreast of recruitment trends and best practices in Latin America to ensure competitive hiring strategies.Develop and nurture strong partnerships with universities, professional associations, and other organizations to source candidates.Provide a positive candidate experience, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process.Analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process and report on talent acquisition efforts.
