Job Description: As the Architectural Section Head within our Technical Office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of architectural projects. You will lead a team of talented professionals, overseeing the technical aspects of projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities:
1. Project Oversight: Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
2. Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and support to architects and team members, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
3. Team Leadership: Mentor, motivate, and supervise a team of technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
4. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of design documentation and construction drawings.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred.15 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of success.Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving project objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is a plus.
