Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Egypt - Cairo
  • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, email, calls, client management, and other company logistics.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Prepare developing internal processes, filing systems and ability to coordinate multiple projects at once.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Follow-up on administrative tasks and timely submissions of documents.
  • Data Entry.

Bachelor’s degreeKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresGood command of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) skills.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskadditional qualification as an administrative assistant or (Secretary will be a plus)2-3 years Admin working experience is preferred.Proficiency in English and Arabic typing
