Direct contact with freight forwarders and shipping lines to coordinate shipping.
Issuing ACID for Shipments.
Reviewing and revising of BLs.
Following up with Nafeza Regulations, Cargo-x regulations.
Timely preparation of insurance certificates for shipments.
Preparing and maintaining an updated delivery schedule, Shipments update.
Following up with Forwarders for shipments updates, arrival dates and report back
Communicating with all relevant departments involved with importation.
Daily follow up with custom clearance broker to updates shipments progress during clearance.
Receiving and maintaining freight invoices and following up with freight payments.
Following up original shipping documents release from the banks.
Perform some Administrative tasks related to department will be required by management from time to time.
- 1 year experience of Logistics experience/ freight forwarders company.- Young Age/ Female.- Knowledge of New customs ACl and Nafeza Regulations is preferable.- Good Excel Microsoft Skills.- Fluent in English.
