2. Utilize various strategies to generate leads and attract potential buyers.
3. Conduct initial screening calls to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
4. Build rapport with clients to understand their real needs, budget, timelines, preferences and know their motivations, must haves, deal breakers.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling property presentations to potential buyers.
6. Conduct viewing tours to showcase property features and benefits.
7. Engage in negotiations with potential buyers regarding contract terms and customization options.
8. Facilitate the process of offer acceptance and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
9. Work diligently to bring deals to closure, addressing any concerns or obstacles that may arise.
10. Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, operations, and construction to streamline the sales process.
12. Keep stakeholders informed of deal progress at various milestones and address any issues proactively.
13. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and testimonials.
