- Follow up order readiness status once allocated from production team to ensure the availability, and the possibility of loading/stuffing, Fumigation, material weight limit, labels, etc.
- Follow up trucks drivers to ensure smoothly arriving to the Factory.
- Container inspection before loading
- Follow up the container stuffing with all related departments along with labors and loading team.
- Achieving loading/stuffing pictures for each loaded container
- Ensure safe loading/placement of Cargo in Container
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize shipping and loading procedures.
- Ensure dispatch of export goods as per the relevant export standards
- Arrange fumigation company visit based on new export shipments forecast and wooden boxes and bundles stocks.
- Update and archive records of fumigation reports
- Coordinate with the external Customs Committee For export shipments
- Optimize containers loading process and time.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or any relevant field.Proven experience in Logistics/Dispatch.Ability to solve loading issues before and during loading.Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.Knowledge of export customs clearance procedures.
