  • Provide technical support to clients using Odoo.
  • Assist clients with resolving system issues, responding to support tickets, and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to clients.
  • Provide bookkeeping services as part of ERP support, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely assistance and solutions.
  • Document support activities, resolutions, and client interactions for reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on ERP system updates, enhancements, and best practices to provide proactive support and assistance.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support and assistance to clients.
  • Support clients with all necessary assistance required to optimize their use of ERP systems and achieve their business goals.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.1+ years of experience in providing technical support for ERP systems, preferably Odoo.Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.Experience in handling support tickets and resolving system issues in a timely manner.Proficiency in ERP system navigation, configuration, and troubleshooting, with expertise in accounting modules.Experience or familiarity with providing bookkeeping services is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end-users and technical teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Odoo certification or relevant ERP certifications are a plus.English fluency.
