Job Description

• Conducting maintenance and service work on company plants (pumps, valves, filling organs, transport systems, etc.) machines and buildings. 
• Supporting commissioning and plant modifications.
• Maintaining inspection records. 
• Implementing and maintaining OEDM standards (e.g. 5S; standardized work). Notifying the line manager of deviations. 
• Implementing preventative and responsive complaints and deviation management. 
• Carrying out, controlling repair and maintenance work on production utilities (boilers, steam network, condensate system, water treatment, water network, air compressors and its accessories, air network, ammonia refrigeration plant, ammonia network and valves station, glycol cooling system, cooling network, AHUs, cooling towers, chillers, heat exchangers, firefighting system and its network, electrical panels air conditions, all plant drain system, pumps, …). 
• Carrying out, controlling repair and maintenance work on plant and admin building facilities and buildings (water network, plumbing network and its accessories, admin building air conditions and refrigerators, stores, …). 
• Following-up of the preventive maintenance plans from SAP and ensure that they are completed according to what is required. 
• Following-up of the preventive maintenance plans that drop down from SAP and ensure that they are completed according to what is required with the technicians of the utilities department. 
• Following-up on the technicians of the utilities department to carry out the work of the checklists for machines and equipment. 
• Communicating with and support production department in times of production duties with the shift & team leader utilities. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanics major
• 5-7 years of experience in Utilities Maintenance (Chillers, Boilers, Ammonia Refrigeration, Air Compressors)
• Background in manufacturing and Facilities management is Preferable.
• Very good command of English.
• Very good communication and Leadership skills
