- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Support the Marketing & Communications in organizing various projects
- Assist in developing creative concepts for CRIF Gulf such as new brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral wherever required for business meetings or presentations
- Execute the day-to-day delivery of email marketing campaigns, product literature, quarterly newsletter, invitations, event materials, etc.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies, as well as analyzing the success of marketing initiatives.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to all marketing material
- Assist in planning and delivering exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, meetings, etc.
- Administering CRIF Gulf’s overall positioning, content and messaging
- Creating presentations for management meetings
- Enhancing website to incorporate the latest technology to reach target audience whilst driving website traffic, search engine optimization
- Management of third-party agencies wherever required
- Assist with writing of press releases, articles or posts, case studies
- Enter and maintain leads into CRM as needed
Minimum Qualification and Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field (desirable)2-4 years’ work experience in the field of Marketing.Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing) and social media marketing.Knowledge of Adobe CS - InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop, and Social Media Management is desirableCompetency Requirement:Excellent Communication and interpersonal skillsGood analytical and creative problem solving skillsRespect for timelinesAttention to detailComprehensive understanding of Microsoft OfficeExperience in dealing with multiple departments within an organizationOrganized with proven administration experienceSome experience and/or knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
