Esteemed guests are welcome to relax and unwind in a quiet and elegant setting in the resort and enjoy a genuine experience of leisure, pleasure, and successful meetings.Join our motivated and vibrant Team and build your career with us.Job DescriptionProcess all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.Ensure smooth internal telecommunication as per Swissotel Standards.Accurately record and control wake-up calls.Assist guests with international calls and directory queries.Call guests by name whenever possible.Page staff member, when requested.Abide by the principles of guest privacy.Handle guest requests promptly and report complaints to the telephone supervisor.Aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, are and other critical situations.Report defects on switchboard equipment to the supervisor.Maintain a clean work environment.Maintain detailed knowledge of the Hotel’s fire, life and safety system.Adhere to company policies and procedures.Handles hotel equipment and supplies with due care.QualificationsAt least a vocational high school certificate or a related field or equivalent experience.Proven experience in entertainment/kids club or the same role within the hotel industry.Knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, and guest expectations.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.Proficient in Russian language is a must, Italian, German, Arabic are plus.Additional InformationThis is a pre-opening role
