•Make phone calls to target audience to introduce new offers.
• Answer calls from existing customers as well as potential customers.
• Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, etc. and communicate its benefits.
• Provide questions related to institutional issues to understand client requirements.
• Convince the customer to buy by how the products or services satisfy their basic needs.
• Accurately recording the customer’s personal information in computer systems and programs.
• Dealing with new customers and providing optimal solutions for the organization.
• Exiting the required sales percentage and eliminating future sales.
•Record registration data to register and record information for each client.
 


Requirements and skills required• The ability to achieve the required sales percentage.• Good knowledge of CRM software.• Proficiency in using MS Office programs.• The ability to deal with different phone systems such as Avaya, Cisco, and others.• Possess the communication skills to present distinctive offers.•understanding  English languages.• Skilled in orientation procedures and dealing with new clients.• Attention to detail and use applicable tone of voice • Patience in dealing with rejection from customers.• Work Location Hawamdiya - Giza•Living in (Hawamdiya - Badrashin - Al Munib - surrounding area)•Previous experience in the same position 1-3 years- Food &beverage is a plusday off  - Friday- shift 8 H
