Job Purpose The successful candidate will lead the Insights function that will contribute to business understanding and fact-based decisions, cooperating with partners from The Coca-Cola Company for methodology, quality of data and aligned data understanding and analysis, as well as working together with the HQ and relevant functions. What you will do Bringing the market facts perspective to decision-making by executing market and research analysis to provide insights and recommendations.Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reportsCreation and provision management reports with relevant dataDevelopment of analytical models based on the available dataData submission to the Group HQLiaison with The Coca-Cola Company respective Insights functions to understand and cooperate about research methodologies, data quality, data submission, as well as alignment on analysis and outcomes.Cooperation with DIA, RGM, Commercial Planning functionsLeveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities.Devising actionable strategies from customer insights What you will bring to the role Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field+8 years of relevant business experience in Insights function in top FMCG companies or research companiesResearch methodology in-depth knowledgeAnalytical skillsExperience in connecting different data sources both external and internal.Strong knowledge of business visualization tools such as Power BIStrong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsAttention to details.Highly self-motivated and enthusiasticStrategic ThinkingStructured and OrganizedStrong Time Management SkillStrong networker
