Role Description:

We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing various things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter,

capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type, and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign.
• Developing visual concepts and designing advertisements that effectively communicate with target audiences.
• Making revisions to concept drawings based on client feedback or other considerations, such as legal requirements or technical limitations of printing processes.
• Creating high-quality finished artwork, such as brochures, business cards, advertisements, or website designs from start to finish.
• Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Establishing creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• +2 Experience as a graphic designer ( in the real estate field is a Plus).
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
