Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and execute real estate sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
-Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
-Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the purchase or sale of real estate
-Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate advice to clients
-Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing and sales materials
-Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Requirements:-Bachelor's degree in Business or related field-Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate -sales, with a focus on residential or commercial properties-Proven sales track record with evidence of meeting or exceeding sales targets-Strong negotiation and communication skills-Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market conditions-Ability to work independently and as part of a team-Males are preferred-Have a car is preferred
