- Hands-on experience in maintaining and configuring Windows-based servers (DC, ADC, WSUS, Backup)
- Background in Networking – LAN / WAN and Wireless.
- Holds a detailed understanding of core internet technologies –Switching, DNS, DHCP, mail transport, OSI Model.
- Active Directory, DHCP, and backup management.
- Knowledge of Configuration of Cisco Switches, VLAN management, etc.
- Create and enforce policies for effective data management in DC, etc.
- Backup and restore all critical resources.
- Ability to manage backup jobs, execute restore jobs, troubleshoot failed jobs, and initiate corrective action.
- Telecom knowledge including VOIP / SIP and mobile technologies
- Understanding of security systems such as Access Controls, and NVR /CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (enterprise applications, local/networking printing, e-mail, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues)
- Manage and maintain computer workstations and keep them running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
- Knowledge of configuring network printers.
- Strengthen IT system security in the organization to ensure data and IT system safety.
- Ability to learn, test, and evaluate new technology
- Manage the proper storage of all company data and archiving of records and backups.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all IT systems in the organization.
- Instruct end-users on Security measures, Ransomware attacks, Phishing, Email threats, etc.
