As the technical lead at Convertedin, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

As the Front-end Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and leading the development of our front-end applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, modular, and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Architect and implement frontend applications using Angular, Nrwl Nx, and web components to ensure reusability and efficiency.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes to maintain high code quality and productivity.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging frontend technologies and tools to enhance our development workflow and product capabilities.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and user experience enhancements across our frontend applications.
