Job Description
In collaboration with the company manager and under his supervision, The operation officer and representative will handle the following tasks:
- Represent the tour company before its guests, meet, greet and escort them in the airport and various sites/destinations.
- Escort the company tour groups during their travel in Egypt when needed.
- Doing quotations for requested tours.
- Operation work for tours, such as coordination with tour guides, drivers, local operators, etc and follow up of existing tours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team (Owner, Director, and Operations Manager).
Job RequirementsEnergetic personality, eager and able to learn fast.Fluent in German, speaking and writing. English will be an additional advantage.Familiarity with the destinations the company offers tours in.Good computer skills (Internet, CRM, Google Drive, Word, Excel, etc)Self motivated and have the ability to make recommended improvements.Having previous experience in the field is an additional advantage.
