We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Office Boy to join our team. The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the store, providing hospitality services to clients, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring smooth operations within the premises.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Regularly clean and maintain the store premises, including floors, windows, and restrooms, to ensure a neat and hygienic environment.
- Dusting and wiping surfaces, organizing displays, and disposing of waste appropriately.
Hospitality Services:
- Welcome clients and visitors courteously, offering assistance and guidance as required.
- Provide hospitality services such as offering refreshments, arranging seating, and attending to client needs to ensure a comfortable and positive experience.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in receiving and storing incoming goods, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored in designated areas.
- Retrieve requested items from inventory efficiently and accurately, and deliver them to clients or designated personnel.
Office Support:
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.Physical Fitness: Ability to perform tasks that require physical exertion, such as lifting and moving heavy objects, and standing for extended periods.Hospitality Skills: Friendly and courteous demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to fulfilling responsibilities.
