Admin Assistant

* Provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling tasks.
* Maintain an organized office environment.
*Prepare and format financial reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Assist in financial data entry, and document management, ensuring accuracy to established procedures.
*Coordinate and organize meetings, and conferences


* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university.*Excellent in English, with excellent communication skills.*Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in a finance-related role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.*Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.*Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and documents.Professional appearance.
