Lead the development and execution of the business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the fintech sector.

· Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to support the company's growth objectives.

· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, technology partners, regulators, and industry associations.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation.

· Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

· Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership.

· Stay updated on fintech regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices to ensure adherence to standards and mitigate risks.

· Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.


Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.· Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development roles within the fintech industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.· Deep understanding of fintech products, services, and market trends, with a strong network of industry contacts.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and industry leaders.· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate insights into actionable strategies.· Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities while mitigating risks.· Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding business objectives.· Relevant certifications in business development, sales, or fintech are a plus
