In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador and play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with pharmaceutical business partners within your designated territory. As a Sales Supervisor, your primary focus will be to build trust, provide support to prospects, and pave the way for potential future sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, pharmaceuticals, or a related field.Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards.Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry landscape.
