- Review sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site Manager in order to tack necessary actions.
- Handle day-to-day site issues, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required.
- Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve.
- Supervise sub-contractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all site activities.
- Review labors' productivity rates to ensure that it is within the budget.
- Coordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems. • Coordinate with technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site.
- Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully aware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects
- Follow up and review warehouses and follow up on raw material consumption rates
