1. Safety Compliance:


  • Ensure that the workplace complies with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and rectify potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.

2. Risk Assessment:


  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential safety and environmental hazards.
  • Analyze work processes to determine potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assess and manage risks associated with specific projects or activities.

3. Incident Investigation:


  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine the root cause.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Maintain records of incidents and report findings to management.

4. Emergency Response Planning:


  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Conduct regular drills and training sessions to ensure the effective response of employees in emergencies.
  • Coordinate with emergency services and relevant authorities.

5. Environmental Management Systems (EMS):


  • Monitor and assess the environmental impact of the organization's activities.
  • Develop strategies to minimize the environmental footprint, including waste reduction and energy efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Establish and maintain environmental management systems to ensure continuous improvement in environmental performance.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with environmental policies and standards.

6. Safety Training:


  • Conduct safety training programs for employees to increase awareness and promote a safety culture.
  • Develop and deliver educational materials on safety and environmental topics.

7. Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate records of safety and environmental activities.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.

8. Continuous Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for improvement in safety and environmental performance.
  • Implement and monitor initiatives to enhance the overall safety and environmental management system.

9. Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, operations, and human resources, to integrate safety and environmental considerations into their processes.

10. Regulatory Compliance:


  • Stay updated on changes in safety and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
  • Stay abreast of environmental regulations and ensure that the organization complies with local, state, and federal environmental laws.
  • Obtain permits and approvals for projects, ensuring adherence to environmental standards.

11. Environmental Impact Assessment:


  • Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) for proposed projects to evaluate potential effects on the environment.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate adverse impacts and enhance environmental sustainability.

12. Pollution Prevention and Control:


  • Design and implement systems to prevent control, or remediate environmental pollution.
  • Develop and oversee waste management programs to minimize environmental impact.

13. Water and Air Quality Management:


  • Monitor and analyze water and air quality parameters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve and maintain water and air quality standards.

14. Environmental Remediation:


  • Plan and oversee the remediation of contaminated sites.
  • Implement technologies and methodologies for soil and groundwater cleanup.

15. Sustainability Initiatives:


  • Develop and implement sustainable practices to reduce the organization's carbon footprint.
  • Advise on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and other environmentally friendly initiatives.

16. Environmental Monitoring:


  • Design and implement monitoring programs to track environmental indicators.
  • Analyze data to assess the impact of operations on the environment.

17. Collaborative Projects:


  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, scientists, and stakeholders to integrate environmental considerations into projects.
  • Guide environmentally responsible practices and technologies.

18. Public Outreach and Education:


  • Communicate with the public, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders on environmental matters.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to raise awareness about environmental issues.

19. Research and Development:


  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and research in environmental engineering.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for environmental challenges.

Education: B.Sc. In Environmental Health Engineering.


Years of Experience:  2-5 years of Experience.


Language: Arabic – Fluent in English.




    Computer skills: Excellent MS Office Skills.


    OSHA General and Construction Industries.     Firefighting and First Aid certified.
