Product analyst - licensing

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Contractors Licensing Director, the Licensing Engineer is responsible for Defining registration and licensing criteria, requirements and processes. Periodically review and optimize registration and license issuance process, and Managing the registration and licensing process, conducting a review of the contractor applications. Functional Responsibilities:1. Implement the registration and licensing criteria, requirements and processes (e.g. necessary licensing documentation)2. Periodically review and optimize registration and license issuance process, leveraging technology where possible3. Conduct periodical assessment of licensing fees and draft recommendations to amend them as appropriatw.4. Understand the registration and licensing process, conducting a review of the contractor applications to decide on their application status5. Engage with customer feedback specifically relating to the licensing process, in close consultation with the Information Services Department, making adequate changes to enhance the process as appropriate6. Provide relevant support and guidance to the Regional Offices on contractor registration & licensing, and appropriate manner to handle contractor query7. Develop a list of potential benefits “Mazaya” that can be offered to licensed contractors8. Implement the optimal mechanism(s) to deliver these benefits, whether through leading third-parties or SCA offered benefits9. Engage with related projects as assigned10. Contact and negotiate with the third-parties as to define the offering relating to the concerned benefit11. Perform with any other tasks as may be required by the management. Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.- 0 to 3 years of related experience.
