- Supplier Management: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key suppliers.
- Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels to balance customer demand and production requirements.
- Production Planning: Collaborating with production teams to develop accurate production schedules and ensure the availability of materials and resources.
- Performance Measurement: Establishing (KPIs) to evaluate the overall supply chain performance. You'll need to analyze data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance and Cross-functional Collaboration.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes and resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
- Define and prepare work packages for Mechanical/Static/Rotating Machinery & piping work in process units.
- Manage assigned WO’s and backlog by priority and finish dates and perform detailed planning, scheduling, resources estimation and allocation, progress and performance reporting in complex process plant.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from repeatable university.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience supply chain operations.Excellent knowledge of supply chain processesStrong communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsMust be punctual, organized, motivated detail oriented, and multitasking.Proficiency in MS OfficeBeing proficient in planning software (Microsoft projects, ERP systems….)
