Successful previous experience as sales Supervisor not less (7) years,Experiences in spare parts & trucks (Required)consistently meeting or exceeding targetsEducation: BSc in commerce or relevant fieldDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influencecredibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
