To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[Supplier Quality Supervisor]] in our plant in [[Fayoum]].Detailed description of main activities:- Ensure the cycle and frequency of inspection.- Monitor the status of documents.- Follow up on the control indicators at the reception.- Prepare complaints to suppliers.- Monitor and evaluate suppliers' action plans.- Ensure compliance with supplier recommendations throughout the process.- Perform line audits to check the respect of supplier specification (packaging, handling, etc.).- Prepare and facilitate meetings with suppliers & SQEs.- Monitor supplier responsiveness.- Prepare component deviation data.- Validate components.- Monitor component changes (SICRs).- Ensure compliance with EHS and QMS instructions in the IM area.- Perform LPA audits to the warehouse & supermarket according to a predefined planning.- Ensure the correct method of communication.- Involve staff in service objectives.- Organize daily interpersonal meetings.- Organize necessary training in co-ordination with Quality Manager.Job Qualifications:- 5-7 years of experience preferred in the same industry.- BSc.
