About the Job

We’re looking for a full-time “MRP Supervisor” to ensure the materials'/products' availability in the right quantity place and time to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and control the supply of products to meet sales plan requirements and minimum stock levels
• Monitor the status of products with merchandising & Warehousing.
• Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions
• Allocate and organize the interplant material transfers of products.
• Identify and flag excess, obsolescence and risks in an early stage.
• Maintain ERP MRP parameters (re-order point and Safety stock policy) to ensure the adequate supply of materials/products based on lead times and costs throughout the seasons.
• Updating ERP materials/products master records with changes.
• Support with inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy
• Actively contribute to the development and support of material planning processes and benchmark against best practices and review ways to make continuous improvements
• Ensure any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) that is in place is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required
• Create regular reports
