- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance internal/customers' localization process
- Assist operations Team automating the process and machine translation utilization to increase process/team efficiency
- Assist Project Managers in the project preparation through proper analysis of source files and prioritizing of tasks to meet deadlines.
- Receive sources files in accordance to the agreed upon checklist, and prepare them for the translation process by extracting, editing and releasing a list of new terminologies to the Translation Team.
- Import the translated terminology lists into the client-specific terminology database that is provided to the Translation Team as reference for additional project steps.
- Assist the Translation Team members by facilitating their use of some translation’s tools.
- Ensure proper reception of files from Translation Team members and compile them into the requested target languages.
- Adhere to clients’ requirements and implementation instructions through all the localization process,
- carryout regular quality checks on files, and ensure a proper documentation for it.
- Use the right tool to guarantee right to left correct output.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet software.Excellent knowledge of Windows platform.Excellent knowledge of Macros, scripts & formulas.Knowledge of BI DI and CAT Tools.Knowledge of Adobe Tools.Knowledge of Multimedia Tools.Knowledge of WordPress & WPML Tools
