Alfa Medical GroupJob PurposeThe job’s purpose is to supervise and implement the PPM plan for the Central Lab building. This includes managing maintenance staff, creating and executing a comprehensive PPM plan, scheduling maintenance activities, The goal is to ensure effective maintenance, minimize downtime, and maximize efficiencyTechnical AccountabilitiesImplementing and Supervising PPM Program:Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop a comprehensive PPM plan for the building. Work with the Maintenance Manager to generate checklists and ensure their accuracy and completeness.Provide clear instructions and resources to technicians for the proper application of checklists.Supervise technicians to ensure the accurate and timely completion of maintenance tasks.Monitor the implementation of the PPM plan, identify deviations, and address any issues that arise.Maintenance Contracts With Outsourced Suppliers Supervising Periodic Visits:Review maintenance contracts with outsource suppliers for generators, HVAC, elevators, refrigerators, and water tanks. Coordinate with contractors to schedule and receive periodic visits as per contract details.Verify that contractors perform the required maintenance tasks specified in the contracts.Conduct inspections or spot checks to ensure the quality of work by contractors. Coordination for Emergency/Faults:Establish and maintain communication channels with outsourcing contractors for handling emergencies or faults.Follow official notification methods and protocols specified in the contracts for reporting emergencies or faults. Ensure contractors respond promptly to emergency situations and adhere to agree upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).ReportingGenerate reports on the implementation of the PPM plan, including maintenance tasks completed, checklists applied, and any deviations or issues encountered.Provide regular reports to the Maintenance Manager, highlighting key performance indicators, areas for improvement, and recommendations for optimizing maintenance processes.Measure and track the effectiveness of the PPM plan by analyzing maintenance data, identifying trends, and suggesting adjustments or enhancements.Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's)Bachelor’s degree (preferred technical background in electro-mechanical systems) Max experience in the same field 3 yearsGood Computer Skills (for reports tasks) Good communication & interpersonal skills.Good Command of the English language
