- Machine Maintenance:
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on 3D printing machines, casting machines, metal forming machines, and other production equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule preventive maintenance activities without disrupting the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshooting:
- Investigate and analyze equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with machine operators to understand and address recurring issues, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Propose and implement upgrades or modifications to improve machine efficiency, reliability, and overall performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in machinery to recommend and implement relevant technologies.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive measures.
- Generate reports on machine performance, downtime, and maintenance costs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and safety, to ensure seamless operations and adherence to industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior maintenance staff.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting 3D printing machines, casting machines, metal forming machines, and other production equipment within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and lead a maintenance team effectively.
